My Mother the Icon as portrayed by one of her grandchildren Felix Garside. Since Mrs Potts makes her laugh a lot and Felix’s image also went down a treat I thought I’d give this splendid image another outing.

She doesn’t drink much but she does like a gin and cinzano which obviously made an impression on Felix when he was growing up – hence the glowing heart centre. Rollers in hair – once a week visit from hairdresser – add a triumphant wreath.

Terrific image –  I’m waiting for a visit from Felix – he might make me an Icon too.
